Our sea moss products should be stored in a cool, dark place. If sea moss is used to make a gel or anything else that requires soaking, it should be refrigerated. It will keep fresh in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks. It will also keep fresh if stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. 

Orders are shipped out on Mondays and Wednesdays after they've been received and processed. We typically process all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders are shipped via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number via email or text message. After your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 3-7 business days.

Sea moss can provide a wide range of vitamins and minerals needed to stay healthy during pregnancy but shouldn't be used in excess. Due to a lack of research on specific populations, pregnant and breastfeeding people should consult with their doctor prior to consumption.
